National Bank of Pakistan Jobs 2017

National Bank of Pakistan announced / required applications for various posts on permanent basis.

  • 1250 news jobs
  • 500 General Banking Officer 
  • 300 cash officer
  • 300 trainee officer
  • 200 cash officers
  • 150 field officer

Guidelines for filling the Form
  • Use Internet Explorer 10 for filling the form (or download if not installed) and then click "Online Application Form".
  • The details once submitted cannot be edited at a later stage therefore, please fill the online application form carefully. Also re-check all information before pressing the submit button.
  • Click the submit button only once, it may take few minutes due to not using appropriate version of browser or dialup connection.
  • Carefully select your preferred city for test center as you cannot change once you have submitted the online application form.
  • Mention "N/A" as acronym of not applicable in case of any mandatory field which does not pertains to you directly.
  • After successful submission, press "print report" and a complete report will be displayed including auto filled deposit slip. Press “Print report” button to get printed version of filled application form and deposit slip.
  • The email address and password provided during filling the online application form will be used to login in future. (The email and/or password if forgotten are not auto-retrievable).
  • It is at discretion of IBP to allocate the candidate(s) any of the test centers in major cities of respective province.
  • Application Forms with required documents MUST reach to "Head, Examination Department, Institute of Bankers Pakistan, Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan Road, Karachi", latest by 25th of June,2017..
  • NBP /IBP will not be responsible for late receiving of Application forms and documents through Courier or Post.
  • Application submitted in person or through email will not be entertained.
  • Candidates employed in public/private institutions will be required to submit relieving certificate, if required.
  • Original Deposit Slip duly paid in any branch of ABL/HBL are mandatory to be attached with the form.
  • Application Forms must be sent in a sealed envelope with position mentioned on the envelope.
  • Mobile phones, calculator and/or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited at test center. Failing to comply with instructions will lead to disqualification.

Fresh Currency Notes complete e-branches list

Today i want to share a off topic news related to fresh currency note because in Ramzan Mubarak
everyone want to get new/fresh currency notes. The State Bank of Pakistan issued a notification regarding this how to get fresh currency notes from banks in Pakistan. The State Bank of Pakistan in collaboration with the Pakistan Banks Association disbursed / issued lot of fresh/new currency for general public. The fresh currency notes will be available from designated branches of nominated banks called e-branches from June 12, 2017.

 

Procedure:


Under this facility people will required to send their an sms from their cellphone to 8877.

e.g CNIC No / Smart Card number  along with code of e-branch where they want to collect their the fresh currency notes to 8877.

  • The applicants will get an SMS containing the transaction code, branch address and the validity date.
  • People will approach designated bank branch along with CNIC / Smart Card and short code received from 8877 and get the defined quota of fresh notes.
  • The quota consist of three packets of Rs.10 and one packet each Rs. 50, Rs. 100 as per availability of stock. 
  • A person can get quota only once from their mobile number using their CNIC number during the Holy month of Ramzan.
  • The process is being launched on experimental basis for obtaining fresh currency notes and depending on its success it may be expanded to more cities. For any complaint, the public may call SBP helpline at 021-3245-5470 and 021-3245-5125.
