Punjab Public Service Commission Lahore:PPSC has the responsibility for recruitment of candidates for Punjab government provincial departments for various posts. PPSC Advertised Jobs according to concerned department instructions and demands in daily newspapers. Mostly the advertisements are published in Daily Jang on Sunday. The interested candidates can apply within given time online on ppsc official website. After this application Process A written Test is conducted for short listing of candidates.These test may be subjective or MCQs Objective or Both types. Mostly One Paper MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration comprising questions relating to Qualification of the Post and General Knowledge including Pakistan Studies,Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English,Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies is conducted. PPSC informed syllabus and type of test mostly in advertisement.After Written Test the passed candidates according to formula are called for interview. Mostly 5 candidates per post are called for interview but it can be change time to time.than final selected candidates are recommended to Punjab govt for appointments.
