Why Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan could not do Qurbani?

 Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan can't offer Qurbani due to financial problems.
Very shameful for every Pakistani.
A person who made Pakistan Atomic (Nuclear) Power.
